Dear Mr. Thomas:
I have just received your letter indica' ting approval. of the emergency plan for the University of Oklahoma AGN-211P reactor (Docket No. 50-112). We are pleased that it has been accepted and we have started to implement the emergency plan, but the 120 days alotted for completion is insufficient since the entire staff is gone for the summer and the reactor is completely shut down.
I request the latest date for implementing the emergency plan be extended to November 30, 1984.
This essentially gives us 120 days after the school starts and the reactor resum s operation.
