The enclosed report documents the examination results and licensing decision. The preliminary examination results were discussed on November 15, 2011, with Mr. Ron Fortier, Operations Training. A telephonic exit meeting was conducted on November 21, 2011, also with Mr. Fortier, who was provided the NRC licensing decision. | |||

On November 15, 2011, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an initial operator license retake examination at Diablo Canyon, Units 1 and 2. The enclosed report documents the examination results and licensing decision. The preliminary examination results were discussed on November 15, 2011, with Mr. Ron Fortier, Operations Training. A telephonic exit meeting was conducted on November 21, 2011, also with Mr. Fortier, who was provided the NRC licensing decision.
