MAIL SENT TO NRC Roger:
FYI.
As a result of the discovery of ricin in the Dirksen Senate Office Building on Monday, February 2, 2004, all area Federal mail deliveries were canceled, including delivery of mail to NRC Zip Code 20555. The Washington, DC, postal facility that processes Federal mail remained closed this morning. It is not certain at this time when regular mail deliveries will resume.
Delivery services for mail addressed to Zip Code 20852 and mail received through commercial sources, such as Federal Express, United Parcel, DHL, etc., have not been affected. All incoming Headquarters mail will continue to be opened, x-rayed, and inspected before delivery to employees.
If you have any questions regarding mail delivery, Please contact me.
