'eportable  Occur ence 251-76-1 Licensees Event Report Pagg. Two Event Descri  tion (continued) operable. This is the first Reportable Occurrence related to a non-conservative overtemperature delta-T setpoint. Two capacitors in a signal summator were found to be open and were replaced with new capacitors. The overtemperature delta-T setpoint was then satisfactorily retested. (251-76-1).
Cause  Descri tion (continued) delta-T with the overtemperature delta-T setpoint. This caused the setpoint to be raised above the required value.

This is the first Reportable Occurrence related to a non-conservative overtemperature delta-T setpoint. Two capacitors in a signal summator were found to be open and were replaced with new capacitors. The overtemperature delta-T setpoint was then satisfactorily retested. (251-76-1).

Cause Descri tion (continued) delta-T with the overtemperature delta-T setpoint. This caused the setpoint to be raised above the required value.
