- ppm, whereupon recirculation of the Unit 3 BIT with the "A" BAST was begun.
At approximately 10:43 a.m.,
followup sample results indicated that the boron concentration of the Unit 3 BIT had increased to 20,700
- ppm, and the shutcown was terminated.
Further investigation was unable to determine the cause of the low boron concentration.
Since the cause of this occurrence has not been identified, its similarity to previous occurrences of BIT boron dilution is not discussed in this report.
