The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has completed its final Environmental Assessment (EA) for an updated Decommissioning Plan for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility in Piketon, Ohio. Enclosed is the final EA and associated Finding of No Significant Impact. This information was published in the Federal Register on August 1, 2018.
In accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.htm.
