Dear Ms. Atack:

The purpose of this letter is to submit to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the monthly Security Incident Log for Centrus Energy Corp. at Bethesda, Maryland and American Centrifuge Operating, LLC in Piketon, Ohio, as Enclosures 1 and 2, respectively.

In accordance with 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 95.57(b), facilities with an NRC-approved security program are required to notify the NRC of the monthly Security Incident Log entries made at the facility.

Enclosures I and 2 contain Security-Related Information and ACO requests these enclosures be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l).
