Dear Mr. Lubinski:

Pursuant to 10 Code ofFederal Regulations 70.72(d)(3), American Centrifuge Operating, LLC hereby notifies the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission that no changes occurred during calendar year 2021 that impacted the Integrated Safety Analysis Summary for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility. Reference 1 provides the last changes processed for these summaries prior to decommissioning the facility.
