Dear David Nelson:

The purpose ofthis letter is to submit American Centrifuge Operating, LLC's (ACO) 2022-ACO-POA&M-0002, Plan ofAction and Milestones (POA&M) Head Quarters (HQ) Classified Services Network(CSN) Connection, (Enclosure 1) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review and approval. As discussed previously with NRC staff and as documented within ACO's Corrective Actions database, the completion of this POA&M was missed. However, this letter fulfills the requirement of Condition 1 contained within Reference 1 to regain compliance.

Enclosure 1 contains Security-Related Information and ACO requests this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390(d)(l). Additionally, this enclosure has been determined, in accordance with the guidance provided by the U.S. Department ofEnergy, to contain Export Controlled Information and must be protected from disclosure per the requirements of 10 CFR Part 810.
