RE: Request for a list of documentation to determine there are no CASS ASME III Class 1 valve less than four inches installed at Columbia Hello Arthur, The documents reviewed to determ ine if there are any CASS va lves less than 4 inches installed at Columbia were: system fl ow diagrams for ASME III Class 1, valve drawings, system design specifications, purchasing requirements, and valve design specifications. This review did not identify any CASS valves less than 4 inches installed at Columbia.
The original LRA assumed that there were ASME III Class 1 CASS valves less than 4 inches because the valve design specificati on allowed the use of CASS valves as an alternate.
To determine the number of installed ASM E III Class 1 CASS valves less than 4 inches  at Columbia , the system flow diagrams were reviewed for ASME III Class 1 lines that had valves less than 4 inches . Valve drawings or purchasing requirements were reviewed for these valv es to determine the material. No ASME III Class 1 CASS valves less than 4 inches  were identified.
