Andy,On January 22, 2014, a pre-audit conference was held with NRC Staff, TVA, and We stinghouse with indu stry observers in attendance to plan for the staff's audit of vendor materials and documentation for spent fuel pool instrumentation required to satisfy the Order modifying licensees with regard to requirements for reliable spent fuel pool instrumentation, Order Number EA-12-051. Westinghouse has developed the following document for WBN in support of this audit which has been made available to the Staff in TVA's Certrec Portal.

Spent Fuel Pool Instrumentation System Requirement Traceability Matrix, WNA-VR-00408-GEN, Rev. A, January 2014, Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2 This document provides an understanding of the documentation being developed by Westinghouse to address Order Number EA-12-051, NEI 12-02, ISG guidance for the design and qualification of the Spent Fuel Pool Level Instrumentation for WBN.

TVA is prepared to support the NRC Audit in Westinghouse's Rockville office starting on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.
