WESTINGHOUSE REVISED SNM-1107 LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION (Cost Activity Code: L33317) Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is pleased to provide a revised license renewal application.

This scope of these revisions is described below.

• Revised page 38, Section 3.8 to clarify that Section C of the Regulatory Guide is followed.

• Revised page 44, Section 4.1.2.1 (d) to clarify the content of the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) to demonstrate compliance with the performance requirements of 10CFR70.61.

• Revised page 45, Section 4.1.3 to clarify the scope of the triennial ISA Program audit.

• Revised page 99, Footnote 1 to clarify commitment to federal and state regulations.

• Revised page 109, Section 12.1.1 to clarify the criteria for authorized changes to license commitments.

• Deleted on page 114 Exemption 12.2.3 that is no longer needed, then renumbered.

A public version of the revised SNM -1107 license renewal application is included as Enclosure
