WESTINGHOUSE REVISED SNM-1107 LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION (Cost Activity Code: L33317)
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is pleased to provide a revised license renewal application. This scope of these revisions is described below.
Revised page 38, Section 3.8 to clarify that Section C of the Regulatory Guide is followed.
Revised page 44, Section 4.1.2.1 (d) to clarify the content of the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) to demonstrate compliance with the performance requirements of 10CFR70.61.
Revised page 45, Section 4.1.3 to clarify the scope of the triennial ISA Program audit.
Revised page 99, Footnote 1 to clarify commitment to federal and state regulations.
Revised page 109, Section 12.1.1 to clarify the criteria for authorized changes to license commitments.
Deleted on page 114 Exemption 12.2.3 that is no longer needed, then renumbered.
A public version of the revised SNM -1107 license renewal application is included as Enclosure 1. A copy of the Security-Related page 11 is included as Enclosure 2.
