ML13350A581), First Energy Nuclear Operating Company submitted a request to revise the reactor vessel surveillance capsule withdrawal schedules for the Beaver Valley Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by the licensee, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to complete the assessment of the submitted information. Please find attached a Draft Request For Additional Information. It is being sent to you to ensure that the question is understandable, the regulatory basis for the question is clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please respond to me by Friday, February 28, 2013, and notify me if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the question. The NRC staff will request a response to the RAIs within 30 days of the formal NRC RAI transmittal letter.
