Changesto the quality program that do not reduce commitments in the program can be made withoutprior NRC approval.During calendar year 2014, we revised the RSQM to add a table of contents. The safetyevaluation associated with this change concluded that these changes did not reduce anycommitments and did not require prior NRC approval. The RSQM continues to implementthe requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 72, Subpart G.
