RANCHO SECO ISFSI FINAL SAFETY ANALYSIS REPORT UPDATE Attention: Shana Helton This letter serves as the 24-month update of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Rancho Seco Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) as required by 10 CFR 72.70(c)(6).

On June 29, 2020, Revision 9 to the Rancho Seco ISFSI FSAR was submitted. Since the date of the last FSAR update on June 29, 2020, the Rancho Seco Quality Manual, Revision 5, was approved by the NRC to authorize a change in executive assignments and titles. An evaluation was conducted in accordance with 10 CFR 72.48 to make a corresponding change to the FSAR. Additionally, an evaluation was conducted in accordance with 10 CFR 72.48 to make FSAR revisions related to the closest population center of 25,000 or more, correct a typographical error, and update the support organization related to the quality assurance program. These updates were submitted as Revision 10 to the ISFSI FSAR on June 29, 2022, under DPG 22-085, "Rancho Seco ISFSI Final Safety Analysis Report, Revision 10".

No other safety evaluations performed in accordance with 10 CFR 72.48 required an update to the ISFSI FSAR.

No other analyses performed by the Commission have identified the need to update the ISFSI FSAR.
