This NEI guideline was endorsed by the NRC in Reference 4. Reference 6 pr9vided the FPL Turkey Point Phase i Staffing Assessment Report. As discussed in Reference 5, FPL provided the non-SGI Turkey Point responses to staffing assessment questions related to use of the security personnel during a beyond design bases event in the Enclosure of Reference 6. . .
