DISCUSSION TOPICS PUBLIC MEETING BETWEEN THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND THE NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE, SOUTHERN ENERGY, DUKE ENERGY, AND ENTERGY REGARDING TORNADO MISSILE RISK EVALUATOR PILOT SUBMITTALS FEBRUARY 7, 2018 1. Discuss the basis for one-a-time (i.e., not aggregated) sensitivity analyses. 2. Discuss the basis for 30' threshold for distinguishing between near ground vs. elevated targets. 3. Discuss how the grade level is defined relative to 30 foot threshold. 4. Discuss the basis for the zonal vs uniform adjustment factor. 5. Discuss whether any other events were considered outside of a loss of offsite power.

6. Discuss the basis for the Vogtle site-specific missile counts and why construction missiles are considered "temporary." 7. Discuss the distribution of missile types that are considered in the Vogtle analysis.

8. Describe the actions proposed should the risk acceptance guidelines or associated methodology assumptions are exceeded.
