ME6719 AND ME6720) Dear Sir or Madam: By letter dated July 18, 2011, as supplemented by letter dated July 27, 2011 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession Nos. ML 112000124 and ML 112082804), Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy, the licensee), submitted a proposed revision to the Emergency Plan (EP) Emergency Action Levels (EALs) using the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-01 Revision 5 Scheme. Following these submittals, ANO identified changes that were found to be necessary to support proper implementation of the new EAL schemes, once approved. Accordingly, Entergy has superseded the July 18 and July 27,2011, submittals with a new application dated December 1, 2011 (ADAMS Accession No. ML 113350317). As such the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff considers the previous submittals withdrawn and will open new TACs for the December 1,2011, application review. The NRC staff has ceased work on TAC Nos. ME6719 and ME6720. TAC Nos. ME6719 and ME6720 have been closed.
