| ORDER MODITYING LICENSES AND NOTICES OF VIOLATION AND DEVIATION This is to inform th'e Comission that an Order Modifying Licenses and Notices of Violation and Deviation are being issued today to the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah. The Order is based on findings of numerous violations and the licensee's failure to take prompt corrective actions to correct a number of audit findings. The root cause of these problems appears to be inadequata staffing of the licensee's facility. Accordingly, an Order is being issued to confirm the licensee's commitment to retain an additional professor who will perform the duties of the facility's reactor supervisor.
