Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is to discuss APS's presubmittal of a license transfer from Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District associated with Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
