Hi, The spent fuel storage at Vt Yankee Entergy is begging for a terrist to OFFICE OF SECRETARY crash into. Even a small plane could wreak havoc. Only a tin roof RULEMAKINGS AND shelters the seven story pool at present. A handheld grenade lancher or ADJUDICATIONS STAFF even a high powered rifle could strike the pool from across the river, or from a boat in the river. Storage casks on the Connecticut River bank are also vulnerable to floods or a terrorist flying a plane into them. A gasoline tanker driven through the gates could disrupt both online and backup electricity for pumps and controls. | |||
