By letter dated August 1, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No ML13210A467), t he Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved requests for relief RP-6 and RV-1 at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS)
By letter dated August 1, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No ML13210A467), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) approved requests for relief RP-6 and RV-1 at Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station (DBNPS)
Unit 1. On August 6, 2013, Mr. Phil Lashley notified the NRC staff of a minor error in the safety evaluation. On page 7 at the top of the page, the sentence should be revised to read:
