Our letter,t'o you dated Harch 26, 1971., requested that you submit, as a supplement to your Tinal Safety Analysis Report (TSAR), a description of your quality assurance program for the Hine Hile Point, Nuclear Station Unit Ho.1 (RP-1).Appendix B of 10 CFR 50 was indicated as the criteria for a quality assurance program for design>construction, end operation of the.structures, systems, and components of the facility.in particular, we were interested in determining to what extent your quality assurance program covers such activities as operation, maintenance, repair, refueling, and modifications.
