The LAR proposes the new MNS TS 3.9.5 Required Action A.6.2 and TS 3.9.6 Required Action B.5.2 to deviate from the TSTF-197-A language, as follows: "Verify each penetration is capable of being closed on a high containment radiation signal." It is stated, in part, in your application, "MNS does not have a Containment Purge Exhaust Isolation System." However, section 9.4.5.2 of MNS's Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (USFAR) describes the "Containment Purge and Ventilation System."
