As required by 10 CFR 2.390(b), an affidavit is enclosed to support the withholding of the information from public disclosure.

Attached for the NRC's information is ANP-2789(P), "ATRIUM 1OXM Lead Test Assemblies for LaSalle Unit 2." This report provides an overview of the ATRIUM 10XM LTA Program at LaSalle County Nuclear Station and is being forwarded to the NRC in support of our lead program which isaddressed in NRC approved topical report ANF-89-98(P)(A), Revision 1, "Generic Mechanical Design Criteria for BWR Designs," (Reference 1).
The lead test assembly program for LaSalle County Generating Station was discussed in a conference call between the NRC and AREVA NP Inc. (AREVA NP) on October 8, 2008.
