dated October 30, 2009, Part 70 Operating Permit (b) COMAR 26.11.02.02 On October 30, 2009, Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant submitted a request for an administrative change to our Title V Permit (Reference a). Enclosure (1) provides an updated list of facility emission inventory registration as required by Reference (b).
