This is an expected condition as the plant is returned to service from a refueling outage where the steam generators sit stagnant for a period of time. An additional sample was taken December 7, 2010, at 0020 hours with satisfactory test results. The event lasted for approximately 24 hours, and the condition does not pose a threat to the health and safety of the public. Visual observations of Outfall 001 and 002 for December 6 and December 7 were satisfactory.
