Comment (1) of Donna Budnick on FR Doc # 2011-32909 It is my understanding that TVA's nuclear power plants cannot withstand a 7 or great earthquake. Please rethink continuing to build/refurbish such a power plant until such time as one can be built to withstand a severe earthquake. Watts Bar is not so very far away from the New Madrid fault line.
