Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter contain a printed listing of the data contained on the disc and a completed disc transmittal form for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, respectively.

By copy of this letter, two computer discs (one for each unit) that contain the report information in computer-readable format in accordance with NMMSS Report D-24 are being sent to the U.S. Department of Energy.The attachments and enclosures contain information or records concerning FPL's accounting program for special nuclear material.
