On December 31, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Seabrook Station. This inspection began on January 1, 2013. Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Reports 05000443/2013501 and 05000443/2013502. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and resident baseline inspection. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.
