On January 14, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at your North Anna Power Station using Temporary Instruction 2515/186, "Inspection of Procedures and Processes for Responding to Potential Aircraft Threats." On January 14, 2014, the NRC inspector discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Jerry Bischof and other members of your staff. The inspector documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.

The objective of this inspection was to assess the implementation procedures and processes of Surry Power Station that are required by Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 50.54(hh)(1), which provides the requirements for responding to a potential aircraft threat.
