THIRD 10 CFR 54.21(b) ANNUAL AMENDMENT By letter dated August 24, 2020 [Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20246G703], Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion Energy Virginia or Dominion submitted an application for the subsequent license renewal of Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 for North Anna Power Station (NAPS) U.nits 1 and 2, respectively.

10 CFR 54.21 (b) requires Dominion to report changes to the current licensing basis (CLB) that materially affect the contents of the subsequent license renewal application (SLRA),

including the UFSAR supplement. These changes are required to be submitted each year and at least 3 months prior to the scheduled completion of the SLRA review by the NRG.

The first and second annual review results were provided by letters dated August 5, 2021

[ADAMS Accession No. ML21217A187] and August 11, 2022 [ADAMS Accession No. ML22223A145], respectively.

Dominion has completed the third annual review of CLB changes for the period from July 1, 2022, through August 1, 2023, to determine whether any sections of the NAPS SLRA were affected by these changes. Based on the result of the review, it has been concluded no changes during this period materially affect the contents of the NAPS SLRA.
