LOCATION:                St. Charles Parish Emergency Operations Center 15026 River Road, Hahnville, LA 70057 PURPOSE:                The purpose of this meeting is to provide members of the community an opportunity to meet with NRC staff members to discuss issues related to the Waterford Steam Electric Station, including the results of the NRCs assessment of safety performance at the Waterford Steam Electric Station during the calendar year 2013 (NRCs annual assessment letter, ADAMS accession number ML14063A597, and NRCs follow up assessment letter, ADAMS accession number ML14093A093). This is an open house meeting hosted by the NRC.
This meeting will provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the NRCs purpose and responsibilities, and to discuss any regulatory issues.
CATEGORY:                This is a Category 3 Meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.
