Impending Issuance of License Amendment Request for South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2 Good Afternoon, Mr. Free,   This email is to inform you of the impending issuance of license amendments for S outh Texas Project Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2. The amendments will revise the technical specifications to allow more time and, thus, more operability flexibility if one of the reactor trip breakers is out of service for maintenance or testing. The staff has completed its review and has found the request meets all regulatory requirements.
