Enclosed is a formal request on behalf of PGW and RRD for enforcement action. against Florida Power 6 Light Company for violating certain license conditions approved on April 24, 1981, by the Licensing Board in Docket No. 50-389A (St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 2). The enclosed request has been served as though          it    were a pleading in that docket.
This matter is critically, important to our clients.
