12 MS. VIETTI-COOK: The first item is on 13 Commonwealth Edison Company. The Commission is being asked 14 to act on a memorandum and order related to LBP-98-27 in 15 which the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board denied the 16 petition for intervention and hearing filed by Mr. Edwin 17 Dienethal.
18 The Commission has voted to approve the memorandum 19 and order which affirms the Licensing Board's decision in 20 LBP-98-27. Would you please affirm your votes?
