The first item is on 13 Commonwealth Edison Company. The Commission is being asked 14 to act on a memorandum and order related to LBP-98-27 in 15 which the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board denied the 16 petition for intervention and hearing filed by Mr. Edwin 17 Dienethal.
