ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: Ok. We have one item for information its on Exelon Generation Co., Byron Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2; Braidwood Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2.
The Commission is being asked to act on Memorandum and Order responding to a request for a protective stay filed by the Environmental Law and Policy Center relating to (and styled as an appeal of) the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards decision in Licensing Board Panel-13-12.
The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum ad Order which denies the stay request.
