The Commission is being asked to act on a memorandum and order responding to a motion filed by Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, requesting stay of restart for Florida Power & Light, of St. Lucie, Unit 2 and requesting a hearing. The Commission has voted to approve a memorandum and order which denies the motion requesting stay of restart of St. Lucie, Unit 2 and sets a briefing schedule for the hearing request. Would Commissioners in the conference room please affirm their votes? CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Aye.
