MS. VIETTI-COOK: This is on Entergys Nuclear Operations Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to a request for hearing submitted by Mr. Sherwood Martinelli regarding Entergys request for an extension of time to complete a license transfer. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which provides Mr. Martinelli a discretionary opportunity for a hearing on his challenge to Entergys transfer-extension requests and sets a schedule for submission of a statement from Mr. Martinelli and a response from Entergy. Would you please affirm your votes?
CHAIRMAN JACZKO: Aye.
