3 [3:30 p.m.] P R O C E E D I N G S CHAIRMAN JACZKO: We have one item for affirmation. MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioner Magwood, can you hear me? COMMISSIONER MAGWOOD: Yes I can.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: Okay. I will call you out separately at the end. This is on Northern States Power Company, Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order taking sua sponte review of the Board's January 28, 2010, Order admitting a new contention regarding safety culture in this license renewal proceeding. The Commission (with Chairman Jaczko dissenting) has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which reverses the Board's Order and terminates the adjudication. Commissioner Apostolakis did not participate in this matter. Would you please affirm your votes?
CHAIRMAN JACZKO: Aye. COMMISSIONER SVINICKI: Aye. COMMISSIONER OSTENDORFF: Aye.
MS. VIETTI-COOK: Commissioner Magwood, would you please affirm your vote?
