ANDREW BATES: Chairman, Commissioners; this mornings affirmation session is in the matter of the Calvert Cliffs 3 Nuclear Project, LLC & UniStar Nuclear Operating Services, LLC. Its a petition for review of Licensing Board Decision 12-19. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to the applicants petition for review of the Licensing Boards decision in LBP-12-19, where the Board found the applicants ineligible to obtain a combined license. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which denies the petition for review. Will you affirm your votes please?
CHAIRMAN MACFARLANE: Aye.

COMMISSIONER APOSTOLAKIS: Aye.
