MS. VIETTI-COOK: Yes, two items, the first item is SECY-11-0174, Entergy Nuclear Generation Company and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to Pilgrim Watch's petition for review of Licensing Board Panel 11-23 in the Pilgrim license renewal proceeding.
The Commission with Chairman Jaczko dissenting has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which denies Pilgrim Watch's petition. Commissioner Apostolakis did not participate in this matter.
Would Chairman Jaczko, Commissioner Svinicki, Commissioner Magwood and Commissioner Ostendorff please affirm your votes? CHAIRMAN JACZKO: Aye.

COMMISSIONER OSTENDORFF: Aye. MS. VIETTI-COOK: The second item is SECY-11-0179, Crow Butte Resources, license renewal for the In Situ Leach Facility at Crawford, Nebraska. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order addressing a recent memorandum of the Board, advising the Commission of its concerns associated with delays in the staff's review of the license renewal application. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order, which responds to the Board's concerns. Would you please affirm your votes? CHAIRMAN JACZKO: Aye. COMMISSIONER SVINICKI: Aye.
