On January 7, 2019, all supplemental briefs had been filed, triggering the forty-five day milestone for issuing our decision regarding standing and contention admissibility. See 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(j). In accordance with section 2.309(j), this Board advises the parties that it anticipates issuing its decision regarding standing and contention admissibility on or before Thursday, March 7, 2019.
