LOCATION: One White Flint North Room O-16 B2 11555 Rockv ille Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: The licensee requested this meeting to discuss with the NRC staff the appropriate, efficient, and timely licensing process within the existing regulatory framework for review and approval of the proposed combined emergency plan (NMC letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 7, 2007; Accession No. ML072200142).

CATEGORY: This is a Category 1* meeting. As such, the public is invited to observe this meeting, and will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
