By letter (Serial Number 3025), dated February 25, 2004, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) provided the NRC with a forecast date to submit a License Amendment Request to convert the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Technical Specifications to the improved Standard Technical Specifications.

Please be advised that FENOC has reforecast this submittal date to July 2007.Attachment 1, Commitment List, identifies that there are no regulatory commitments made in this submittal.
