Attached is license change application #1 requesting amendment of NRC License NPF-82 for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Station (SNPS).

This_ application is submitted to change the SNPS Defueled Technical Specifications (DTS) that the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) presently holds by: (1) deleting the A.C.

Sources and Onsite Power Distri),ution Systems from the Shoreham Defueled Technical Specifications (DTS) and (2) changing the frequency of radioactive effluent release reporting requirements to comply with 10CFR50.36a (ref. 1). Justification-for this change request is contained in attachment 1.

Attachment 2 contains the proposed' changes to the SNPS Technical Specifications.

LIPA has transmitted a copy of-this request to the New York State Energy Office in accordance with 10CFR50.91. A signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this change application.to'the New York State Energy Office is also attached.
