the Defueled Safety Analysis Report (DSAR) was accepted as a supplement to the USAR. He are hereby submitting 11 controlled

- copies of Revision 3 of the DSAR (for administrative reasons there was no Revision 2). The changes instituted by this .59.

revision were made pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 5 1 Also enclosed are 11 copies of revised Fire Hazards Analysis  !

Report pagen which constitute revision 5 to that document. Since the POL is now effective, these changes are effective.  ;

Attached, herewith, is a controlled copy of the DSAR through and including Revision 3. This is the first issuance of the DSAR as a controlled document. This document completely replaces all other versions of DSAR (they are to be discarded).

In accordance with Mr. Leonard's referenced memo, the DSAR becomes effective 12:01 a.m. August 7, 1991.

Please acknowledge receipt of this memo and the associated document by signing the attached document transmittal form and returning it to Document Control.
