NRC, "Submittal of Revised Physical Security Plans," dated September 9, 2004 In response to Reference 1, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) submitted physical security plans (PSPs) for each of the above facilities in Reference 2. The PSPs submitted in Reference 2 were subsequently modified to reflect changes resulting from the incorporation of clarifications received from continuing dialog between the NRC and the Security Working Group and were resubmitted in Reference 3. The PSPs for each of the above facilities, except for Oyster Creek, have been revised since submittal in Reference 3 as a result of continuing dialog with the NRC and are being resubmitted. The PSP for Oyster Creek will be resubmitted once the incorporation of changes is complete.

These plans supersede those previously submitted in Reference 3. Attachment A is contained on the enclosed CD-ROM. Attachment A of this submittal contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information." Exelon and AmerGen therefore request that the Attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
