NRC, aSubmittal of Revised Physical Security Plans," dated October 14, 2004 In response to Reference 1, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) originally submitted physical security plans (PSPs) for each of the above facilities in Reference 2. The PSPs submitted in Reference 2 were subsequently modified and were resubmitted in Reference 3. The PSPs for each of the above facilities have been revised since submittal in Reference 3 as a result of continuing dialog with the NRC and are being resubmitted. The only changes made are those discussed between D. J. Walker of Exelon and D. Huyck of the NRC.

SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION October 21, 2004 U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 3 Attachment A contains the revised PSPs for each of the affected facilities. These plans supersede those previously submitted in Reference 3. Attachment A is contained on the enclosed CD-ROM. Attachment A of this submittal contains Safeguards Information that must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the Protection of Safeguards Information." Exelon and AmerGen therefore request that the Attachment be withheld from public disclosure.
